фикс отсутствия my.cnf.md

при установке mariadb после команды

add-apt-repository 'deb [arch=amd64,i386,ppc64el] http://www.ftp.saix.net/DB/mariadb/repo/10.1/ubuntu xenial main'

нужно открыть

nano /etc/apt/sources.list

и там раскомментировать репозиторий mariadb
