Dear Gonçalo,

As you have previously read on one of our social medias (or perhaps you’ve already mailed us about this), 
last week we suffered yet another mechanical breakdown causing our production line to come to a standstill. 
We have therefore been unable to produce any Joylent for the past 1.5 week. We have been working tirelessly
 to turn this situation around but in the meanwhile, a backlog of 15 days has piled up on top of us. This 
sounds like terrible news (it is) but not to worry, we have already found a solution for this problem and 
we hope to clear the backlog in the coming week. We should be caught up with order by the end of next week!

We are of course extremely happy with our customers, as all of you are still supporting us through our 
troubles, and we could not have asked for a more righteous clientele.

We ask (once more) that you bear with us, and that you give us your patience.

Soon you will all be swimming in Joylent
