Very cool! Though it appears to be missing phase 1 of the new Silver Line that opened up July 26, 2014. It branches off from East Falls Church station on the Orange line in Virginia, and will eventually end two stops beyond Dulles Airport. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silver_Line_(Washington_Metro)

Good catch, @jde123. Looks like http://dcatlas.dcgis.dc.gov doesn't have the updated KML files yet.
