Answer to 'What does Farrakhan mean by “false Jews”?'
Must preface this answer with the fact that do not believe in or practice any religion, "Abrahamic-based" or otherwise. From perspective here, all religions, are merely political organizations, without exception.
To the extent that "Jew" is a considered a practitioner of the religion Judaism religion and not a specific distinct group based on another other factors, to self-identify as Jew is simply to self-identify with a political organization.
If the premise is that to be Jewish or a Jew is considered by that individual to be more than simply believing or practicing a religion, that is a separate question which would require, at the outset, what that individual considers to be "Jewish" other than simply a political organization.
Therefore this answer is based on the political self-identification and organization "Jew", not belief in the unseen or a mystery "god" nor writings or spirituality attributed or connected to Judaism (religion, for individuals who take religion as something other than purely a political organization).

The simplest answer to your question is that any field of endeavor contains individuals who are false. That is to say, individuals who do not embody or exhibit the tenets of their doctrine, as it were.
The get a direct answer to your question, from the primary source, would suggest to write one or more letters to the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and ask them yourself, being as candid and specific as you need to be.
You cannot expect people who are biased against Farrakhan to provide you with an unbiased answer to your question.
However, if you are attempting to substantiate if Farrakhan is "anti-semitic" there is evidence in the public domain which refutes such a characterization, including but not limited to, Farrakhan being invited and accepting said invitation to dine with a wealthy business magnate who happened to be Jewish. Whether Farrakhan considered that individual "false" or not or whether the wealthy Jewish business man considered Farrakhan to be "anti-Semetic" would necessarily be based on their interaction, not on some imagined or invented blanket statement whereby somehow people attempt to massage "false Jews" into meaning all Jews or criticism of historic activities of Jews being "anti-semitic".
Given the fact that Farrakhan makes a clear distinction between what they term "false Jew" and non-"false Jew", they are not making a blanket statement as to all Jews, religious or secular, are "false".

Now, see this book (Farrakhan holding a copy of The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews Volume Two: How Jews Gained Control of the Black American Economy by The Nation of Islam) deals with the material power of the Jewish people. No one can deny they are the most magnificent people on our planet as we speak. Now waith just a minute. You gotta give credit where credit is due. This is a special people.
But the spiritual is what gives birth to the political. See, Theodor Herzl and the Zionist movement looked at Scripture as a base for Zionist philosophy to take that land from the Palestinians. But they got it from the book. Mistaken understanding of the book. And you're gonna pay for your error.
Look the dynamics of understanding the spiritual will guide the politics.
In Volume One of The Secret Relationship [Between Blacks and Jews] it goes into the horror of the trans-atlantic slave trade.
And the Jewish people were heavily involved in that. How many of you have been to El Mina castle at Cape Coast in Ghana?
If you were there fifteen years ago, on the doors of the castle you would see a Star of David. If you go there now, they took it down. Because they did not want you to understand the connection that they have to the trans-atlantic slave trade. It's all documented. I mean with thousands of footnotes, so that you wouldn't think we made this up. We quoted their scholars and showed you where you can go and get iot for yourself. This is a scholarly work. Not put together by nincompoops. I shared it with a few white people, and they said, "I never knew that before."
...
The back of this book, from the Jewish Encyclopedia, quote
"the cotton plantations in many parts of the South were wholly in the hands of the Jews and as a consequence slavery found its advocates among them".
This little book ... shows you how they sold us. It wasn't just Gentile. No, no, no. These were the people. In fact, in Brazil, they said on a Jewish holiday no slaves could be bought or sold because it was a holiday. So what does that tell you about slavery in Brazil. 80 million of us down there. They come there on no free ship looking for something. They were brought there as slaves. You see us in the Caribbean. We didn't come there looking to sit in the sun and get a tan.

Look at this. Black folk picking cotton. Listen good now. Cotton was then what oil is now. The largest producer of oil in the world are the rich ones and the strategist interests of America means in order for them to rule they have to link with where the oil is coming from and take it or maneuver to get it but they must have oil. In the time of slavery it was cotton. And it's interesting that the cotton would come down the Mississippi, New Orleans to the Gulf. From Biloxi, Mississippi and from Mobil, Alabama and the cotton would come down and go up to New York, where the brethren of the Jewish people in the South in the North were the masters of the needle trades. And they had their brothers also in the South taking the lint from the cotton and producing cloth through weaving. But these were Jewish people owning land. The were the majority. They were the merchants. They were the traders. They knew how to hook up with their brethern in the North. And they would send raw cotton to the mills in England, in Manchester, Leeds and Bristol. And the British would turn it into cloth and sell it all over the world.
So, from cotton, the South became rich. From cotton, it fueled the industrial revolution in the North. From cotton, the Rothschilds became rich. From cotton, the Lehman brothers became rich from cotton in Alabama then moved to New York and Wall Street. I know the truth and somebody gotta tell it or die trying.
Within the context of the trans-atlantic slave trade and exploitation of humans for material gain, Farrakhan is talking about the "false Jew", as opposed to the Jewish people who did not actively participate in the trans-atlantic slave trade and slavery for material gain.
Al-Jazeera journalist: Mr. Farrakhan Are you still being accused of being anti-Semitc. If yes, by whom and why?
Farrakhan: Are you are semite?
Al-Jazeera journalist: Yes, I am Arab.
Farrakhan: Am I against you?
Al-Jazeera journalist: No.
Farrakhan: Am I against Muslims? No. Are the Jews that came out of Europe? Are they Semitic? Whao are the Sephardim? Are they Semitic? Am I against them? Who has segregated them and the Ethiopian Jew. Is it not the European? No, the real anti-Semite are those that came out of Europe and settled in Palestine and now call themselves the true Jew, when in reality they were converted to Judaism. And I'll just say that the real Semitic Jews have been in that area of the world for thousands of years, they belong to Palestine. But these "Johnny-Come-Lately"'s, if you pardon that expression, have put themselves there and say that is their land, and now the Palestinians are under what Jimmy Carter called apartheid. The same kind of treatment that blacks went through in South Africa and the same kind of tretment that we went through in America is what the Palestinians are suffering. So who is the real anti-Semite? Is it Farrakhan? Show me one Palestinian, one Arab, one Jew that we have done any evil to, except tell the truth. And if you can't stand the truth then you don't even belong of the planet.
Al-Jazeera journalist: So, why are you being accused of being anti-Semite.
Farrakhan: Because they can't stand the truth.
Al-Jazeera journalist: What truth.
Farrakhan: The truth of Jewish misbehavior. If you criticize Jews. It's not that I hate the Jewish people. I would be a foolish man to hate people because of their religious tradition. But if you criticize Isreal do they call you anti-Semite? Is Jimmy Carter an anti-Semite. He did a lot for the State of Isreal. But the moment he wrote the book peace not apartheid in Palestine, the Jewsish people called him, some of the Jews, called him an anti-Semite. Everybody that is critical of Jewish people is called an anti-Semite. But that's not true. It's a term that they use to use their power with the media to garner hatred for you and to make you back down from telling the truth. No charge like that will make me back down from telling the truth. No charge like will make me back down from telling the truth. And if I find you wrong I'll tell you that.
The above should clarify the Jewish people who Farrakhan considers to be anti-Semitic and, for lack of a term actually used by Farrakhan, "real" Jews, or those people who have been in that area of the world for thousands of years, as opposed to people whose origin was Europe who migrated to Palestine from Europe.
Farrakhan is careful to make it clear that he does not hate Jewish people, and that they are only interested in pointing out truth.
Farrakhan has a substantial body of published material covering decades.
Again, instead of relying on SPLC, which makes unsubstantiated claims lacking support, would suggest contacting the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan yourself, with your very specific questions, to avoid conjecture and to be able to have direct communication with the primary source of your inquiry.
