RequireJS tracer
/*
* requireJS trace
*
* Given a configuration object, as would be passed to the optimizer,
* runs a raw build trace on the configuration, returning the traced
* dependency trees.
*
* Loaded as a requirejs module on the server.
*
* eg:
*
* var requirejs = require('requirejs');
* requirejs.configure({ context: 'server', baseUrl: '__dirname' });
* requirejs(['trace'], function(trace) {
* trace(buildConfig, function(trees) {
* // where trees is the array of dependency trees from each of the modules.
* });
* });
*
*/

Currently the trace seems to load modules from the www-built folder instead of the www folder.

One way to ensure it traces from the source folder is to set config.dir = 'www' at line 75.

The issue is that the configuration is then polluted when running the build, so I've found it necessary to clone the entire configuration object first when doing this.

A better solution for the above would be useful here.
