This means that your power supply unit (PSU) is defective.
Three options:
-
Ask your ISP for a replacement.
-
You can buy a new PSU at a local shop or online (https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01LXJE7HR/ , https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00GQYDOKC, http://www.ebay.ca/itm/12V-Thomson-DCM475-Modem-replacement-power-supply-/191995727702)
-
Reuse an existing PSU. You might have an old modem, router or modem that has compatible power output. Look for the specification : 12 V and 1A (1000mA)
Recent model of the model DCM475 also support lower voltage (9V / 1A output). This increased your chance to find a compatible PSU.
Thank you!
