###What is an Assignment?
Assignment is another type of quiz for testing student progress or underdstanding of a course. However, assignment is bigger, reuquire longer time and more effort to complete. As being define as above, assignment in LearnPress is a post which giving a task for student to complete, allow student to upload their files, then teacher can download these file, check and give student score.

###How to use Assignment in LearnPress?
In LearnPress, assignment is an add-on, if you want to use assignment feature, you have to install "LearnPress Assignment Add-on".

After install Assignment Add-on, you can see "Assignment" menu along with "Lesson" and "Quiz".
Just like quiz and lesson, there are two ways to create an assignment in LearnPress: "Quick add assignment" and "Add assignment"

1. Quick Add Assignment
If you have used LearnPress, you might get used to with this option. This option allow course creator can quickly make the course structure with Section, Lesson, Quiz and now Assignment. Those posts which are created by this way only have their title. You have to click to "Edit" to update their content. We find this way fast and convenience to create a course.
2. Add Assignment
This option is for one who have created some assignments before which have not been assigned to any course yet. So these assignments can be choose and add to this course.

Now, you have created an assignment. Let's take a look to its option in edit assignment page.

####Assignment options
1. Assignment Maximum Mark
The maximum mark a student can get with this assignment. It can be added to the course assessment later.
2. Assignment Duration Time
Just like a course have its duration time, assignment also have duration time. The upload form will be disable when the time is up.
3. Assignment Attachment Type
This option is used to restrict the file which a student can upload to this assignment. It might be helpful if teacher only want a kind of file to check.
4. Assignment Attachmnet Size
Attachment size option is use to restrict the file size a student can upload, the maximum value of this option is the maximum size upload in your WordPress set up.

###Get upload file and score
In the assignment list which a teacher can view their assignment, there is a page to view studen uploaded file, so teacher/instructor can download and give score to each student. This score can be added to course assessment later.
###View assignment status in profile
After uploading assignment file, students can view their assignment status in their profile with another tab for assignment.
