Newton:
* Increase awareness into what oslo offers (via blogs, examples and more!).
* Perform more out-reach into consuming projects (inside and outside openstack).
* Make oslo.config easier to use (for those who prefer yaml for example).
* Agree on a plan for secure messaging.
* Continue providing more features and libraries (as needed) that will help unify
  openstack beyond a common high quality core.

Octa (may change if PTL changes):
* Continue making oslo the project that everyone wants to use and be
  involved in.
