READ ME: The files will not work unless you have a Jailbroken PS3. That's why they will say corrupted.
It will say it's corrupted because these packages don't include the .RAP files needed.
For some reason the Skate 2 DLC that come along with the Skate 3 DLC don't work, I've tried putting them in the correct directories like the Instructions said so many times but they don't show up in game.
Some PKGs require RAP files. Download the corresponding RAP file to the content you want, put it in a folder called "exdata" on a
USB stick, connect it to your PS3, create a new user called "aa" on XMB, and run ReActPSN. The "aa" user will change to 'ReActPSN-something or other'; DON'T delete that user.
System will reboot, select that new user: ReActPSN(version), and then use your loader to load the game and start.
RAP files go in root directory of flash drive in folder called "exdata", and pkg files go in the root of the flash drive. Install the pkg files first before running ReActPSN
If you need to install the RAP and edat's manually because there is no pkg file, their locations are usually as follows:
DLC: /dev_hdd0/game/BLES0000/USRDIR/DLCFOLDER/*.edat file or sometimes /dev_hdd0/game/BLES0000/USRDIR/DLC/DLCFOLDER/*.edat
(if the BLES/BLUS0000 folder does not exist, create the entire structure on the flash drive and just copy it over with IRISMAN in the manager)
RAP files are decrypted to .RIF by ReActPSN, and are stored in /dev_hdd0/home/00000003(usernumber)/exdata/ -- if you want to delete them manually instead of through Save Data on the XMB
The only way to convert them is with ReactPSN. You can have all the DLCFOLDERS copied over, and then just put the RAP files in the exdata dir on the flash drive and run ReactPSN as above.
Those .RIF files should now be in the directory and everything hopefully works.

Also, be aware that every time you want to activate a new RAP file, you'll have to re-activate your old ones as well.
If it says unknown CFW, then the RAP files are not updated for the CFW you're using. You're either shit out of luck or have to find updated RAP files, possibly even a higher version of ReActPSN. PSNpatch also does the same thing as ReActPSN.
Skate 2 DLC does not come with the correct rap files.
I was wondering how I would use this with RPCS3. Where would you put the files, and how would you open them with the game? If you could give me a list of instructions of how to do it, let me know. I own all but skate.create legally if you were wondering.
