if (this.cfg.local !== null) {

generate bug when you have more than one spinner in a page, all spinner enter in that if, because this.cfg.local is undefined(not equal to null in value and type). Maybe you need to use:

if (this.cfg.local) {

With this, the problem don't occur, because null and undefined don't satisfy this condition.
