# HIP 101: Equalizing POC Rewards Across Wi-Fi and CBRS

## Summary

This Helium Improvement Proposal (HIP) suggests equalizing Proof-of-Coverage (PoC) rewards for Wi-Fi Indoor and Outdoor Hotspots with that of CBRS hotspots.

## Proposal Details:
If passed, the implementation of this HIP will give a multiplier of modeled coverage points assigned to indoor Wi-Fi Access Points of 1.5X and a multiplier of modeled coverage points assigned to outdoor Wi-Fi Access Points of 2.5X.

## Approval Requirements:

This HIP is considered approved if 67% of the voting power is reached.

This HIP must reach the quorum of 100,000,000 veMOBILE to be considered valid.
