 # HIP 97: Removing Manual MOBILE Location Assertions

## Summary

This HIP proposes removing the MOBILE location assert fee for Helium 5G Hotspots and indoor Wi-Fi Hotspots, while having locations automatically updated on chain as they occur.


## Proposal Details:
If passed, the implementation of this HIP will remove the manual assertion requirement for 5G Hotspots and Indoor Wi-Fi Access Points, along with corresponding fees.

## Approval Requirements:

This HIP is considered approved if 67% of the voting power is reached.

This HIP must reach the quorum of 100,000,000 veMOBILE to be considered valid.
