Simple Cheesebread recipe

| Cheesebread on the sandwich grill | |
| Ingredients: | |
| - 3 eggs | |
| - 2 cups tapioca flower | |
| - 25g parmesan cheese | |
| - 1 cup milk | |
| - 1 cup vegetable oil | |
| Process: | |
| - Mix in the blender the milk, oil and eggs | |
| - add tapioca flower and parmesan cheese | |
| - add salt to taste | |
| - blend till it all mixs together | |
| - the result will be a very liquid mix, similar to a pancaque mix | |
| - drop a bit into a hot wich grill and leave it for 7min or until golden brown | |
| - good to eat immediatelly, while still hot | |
