  • Dry ingredients

    • 250g masa harina (maseca)
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • Wet ingredients

    • 113g butter (melted)
    • 450g oat milk
    • 250g maple syrup
    • 2 eggs

  • Instructions

    • Mix the dry ingredients
    • Mix the wet ingredients
    • Bake at 450F for 35m (check with toothpick and add more time if needed)
