Ingredients

  • 250g dryed peas
  • some vegetables like carrots, onion, celery, choped
  • 1l water
  • 1 onion
  • 125g bacon

Preparation

heat some oil in the preassure-cooker, saute chopped vegetables, add peas and about 1 litre water, close preassure-cooker and let cook for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile chop the onion and soute in a separate pan together with bacon. When the peas are finished, open the lid, add instant broth and season to taste. add the onion/bacon mixture and serve

Shouldn't take more than 30 minutes 4 servings
