- 250g dryed peas
- some vegetables like carrots, onion, celery, choped
- 1l water
- 1 onion
- 125g bacon
heat some oil in the preassure-cooker, saute chopped vegetables, add peas and about 1 litre water, close preassure-cooker and let cook for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile chop the onion and soute in a separate pan together with bacon. When the peas are finished, open the lid, add instant broth and season to taste. add the onion/bacon mixture and serve
