Serve with rice and salad.
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
- Sous-vide seasoned salmon at 40c for 30 minutes+
- Combine miso glaze ingredients in a small frying pan
- Add salmon when glaze is simmering for 1 minute, basting constantly
- Remove from heat and place under hot grill until golden
