1. Create a new spreadsheet
2. Click "Extensions" then "Apps script"
3. In Apps Script UI, copy and paste _send_email.gs into the editor and save it.
4. In Apps Script UI, click Triggers in the sidebar. Then select the function you just saved and select "On edit" for the event type.
5. Click save and you will be prompted to grant app permissions for sending an email.

Test by inserting an email address in one of the cells and monitor if the script was triggered in Executions page within Apps Script UI.
