Install mysql2 gem for some special condition

I had this issue. Hope you have xcode command line installed. I had to to install some missing header files by
open /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/Packages/macOS_SDK_headers_for_macOS_10.14.pkg
then
"Not really, just gem uninstall mysql2 and bundle install to install it back."
