Our Pledge

We as members, contributors, and leaders pledge to make participation in our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.

Expected behavior:

We expect all members of our community to treat each other with respect and courtesy. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Accepting other's language barrier and helping them grow
  • Refraining from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior and speech.
  • Being considerate of others in your actions and words.
  • Respecting the personal boundaries of others.
  • Accepting constructive criticism.

Unacceptable behavior:

Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to:

  • Demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior or speech.
  • Violating the personal boundaries of others, including unwanted physical or verbal contact.
  • Threatening or violent behavior.
  • Insulting or offensive language.
  • Publishing others' private information, such as a physical or email address, without their explicit permission

Report

If you witness or experience any unacceptable behavior, please report it to @hrittikhere on IM or Socials. All reports will be confidential and will be handled with discretion.

Enforce

If someone breaks our Code of Conduct, we will take appropriate action. This may include, but is not limited to, a warning, temporary suspension or permanent expulsion from our community.
