## Discussion :
The Team takes the customer’s frustration and feedback to the table and try to find the solution.
## Planning cloud:
The Friendly customer’s pain is now fully understood and the team’s ideas are converted into tasks in Trello.
Ninjamock is used for speeding up the design process by visualizing the features and changes.
## Development cloud :
Now that designing and tasking is done, we can move onto implementation.
We update a new source code to Github which is integrated with automation deployment service called Jenkins.
## Testing and monitoring cloud :
Before we can deploy the service into production, it has to pass the quality assurance.
We use our own Jarmo service in it.
Traditional manual testing has been partially replaced by test automation.
## Publish cloud :
Jenkins is working on the background with amazon web services and Docker to publish Contriboard to users.
## Corollapilvi
