ローカルに入っているAI Agent の設定をバックアップをとりつつ、
一度まっさらな状態にしたい。
どんなスキルやMCPが入っていたかのメモを残したい。
- ~/backup/
- memo/ : メモを残す
- scripts/ : 各種script
- agents/[yyyyMMdd-HHmmss]/ : バックアップ。単に各種ディレクトリをmvすれば良い
