Re-install ImageMagick and TET on trunk server ( those were removed ... )

Create new book - Organic Chemistry: Structure and Function.

Generate and import CSV for new book.

Download PDF file from Dropbox ( thanks jj ) on the server and generated png pages, search index and page overlays. 

Added error handler on pdf to png convertion to job.sh.

Debug and fix error on generating page overlays caused by distinct size on PDF boxes.
