 "longDescription": "Cellular Organisations (Cells) are a highly effective way for groups of people to self-organise, with digital tools, trusted information and shared intelligence. Each Cell sets out its mission to sense and/or respond to the health, social and economic impacts of Covid-19 within a local community. Members of the Cell implement one or more impact projects. A library of project templates enables effective projects to be replicated and scaled.\n\nCell members make accountable commitments to achieve specific targets, which are set in a transparent way and collectively monitored, with real-time feedback.\n\nWhilst implementing projects, Cells can also provide sentinel monitoring of Covid-19, to identify patterns of immunity, detect viral resistance and report on how the epidemic is impacting communities.\n\nThe members of a cell connect to each other through a Cell Node, which is a virtual server that is either self-hosted, or cloud-hosted. The Cell Node provides secure digital messaging, data storage, integrations with third-party applications and powerful financial tools.\n\nCell Nodes connect with other cell nodes to form webs of trust through which to scale citizen action. All information collected through a cell is verifiable, resistent to censorship and belongs to the members of that cell.\n\nSharing information between cells will help grow a knowledge graph and contribute to shared intelligence about what is happening within communities and which interventions are most effective.\n\nCells are able to issue digital assets, vouchers, rewards, rights tokens and other forms of incentives to cell agents, beneficiaries, or other stakeholders.\n\nCells operate with a high degree of ethical and regulatory compliance.\n\nThe claims made by Cell agents are transparently recorded in a public ledger, in a way that promotes accountability whilst protecting personal data and privacy.\n\nCells may be accredited by credible third-parties who issue verifiable digital credentials that may be used to assert certain rights.\n\n",
 "Projectfunding": "Cells may mobilise resources for their projects using mechanisms such as crowd-funding, or Alpha Bonds. Funds can be transacted using cash and traditional banking, or cryptocurrencies. Use of proceeds can be made fully transparent and accountable on the blockchain ledger.",
