I installed Resurrection Remix with microg on Xiaomi MI MIX 3
Everything is working except location in some apps.
This was the install steps, maybe I left out some reboots.

1. In recovery:
1.1. Format data
1.2. Reboot recovery
1.3. Wipe System, Dalvik, Data, Cache, Internal
1.4. Reboot recovery

2. Update recovery
2.1. In recovery install twrp-3.3.1-5-perseus-unofficial.img. https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=6006931924117902029
2.2. Reboot recovery

3. Install rom and magisk
3.1 Flash firmware: V10.3.3.0.PEEMIXM https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-mix-3/review/firmware-xiaomi-mi-mix-3-t3955360
3.2 Flash RR rom: RR-P-v7.0.2-20190925-perseus-Unofficial.zip https://mega.nz/#F!lIdCmSSa!dYON-7FdBYoyxv4rBufS8A
3.3 Flash magisk: 19.4 for xiaomi devices: https://miui.blog/any-devices/magisk-systemless-root/
3.4 Reboot system

4. Install microg and others
4.1 Install f-droid via browser
4.2 install the following magisk modules:
  - F-droid Privileged extension
  - Bromite systemless webview
  - microG installer
  - Riru core
  - Riru Edxposed
4.3 Reboot

5. Install xposed modules:
  - FakeGapps by thermatk
  - XposedGmsCoreUnifiedNlp by intika
5.1 Reboot

6. Install location backends from F-droid:
  - MozillaNlpBackend
  - Nominatim...
  - Deja Vu
7. Set up microG
8. Reboot
