A system of taking notes when training with weights

This is my system for noting my workouts.

SQ 100k10,110k8,120k6,3/3m

The exercise is Squats, using the abbreviation, SQ.

Then follows a set of 100kgs for 10 reps, 110kgs for 8 reps, 120kgs for 6 reps, and finally a set at the same weight of 120kgs for 3 reps. Finally, /3m indicates that there was a 3 minute gap between all of those sets.

SQ 100k10/2

This shows that there was a set of Squats with 100kgs for 10 reps, and another set of 100kgs for 10 reps.

SQ 100k10/2/1m,6,4/3m

This is a set of Squats with 100kgs for 10 reps, another 100kgs for 10 reps, with a 1 minute rest in between, followed by 100kgs for 6 reps, 100kgs for 4 reps, each with a 3 minute gap in between.
