~3 lbs each:
- Buckwheat (toasted)
- Hemp Hearts
~1 lb each:
- Flax Seeds (whole)
- Chia Seeds (black)
- Pumpkin Seeds (raw)
- Almonds (raw)
- Coconut Flakes
- Goji Berries
- Dark Chocolate Chips (small)
- Dried Cranberries (whole)
- Walnut Crumbs (whole)
- Mix all ingredients together. Adjust to taste.
- Store in a sealed container
- Mix ~1/4-1/2 cup of the mix with hot water/milk/yogurt/smoothie
- Add some almond butter and/or fresh fruits (optional)
- Let sit for 5 minutes
- Enjoy!
