Ingredients

~3 lbs each:

  • Buckwheat (toasted)
  • Hemp Hearts

~1 lb each:

  • Flax Seeds (whole)
  • Chia Seeds (black)
  • Pumpkin Seeds (raw)
  • Almonds (raw)
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Goji Berries
  • Dark Chocolate Chips (small)
  • Dried Cranberries (whole)
  • Walnut Crumbs (whole)

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together. Adjust to taste.
  • Store in a sealed container

To Serve

  • Mix ~1/4-1/2 cup of the mix with hot water/milk/yogurt/smoothie
  • Add some almond butter and/or fresh fruits (optional)
  • Let sit for 5 minutes
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • All proportions are just a guide, so add more of whatever you like, and experiment a bit.
  • We usually get the breakfast mix from Salamanca Dry Foods Store (204 Baldwin St. M5T 1L8, 416-593-9814).
  • It comes out to about $110-120 and usually runs out in a month.
