talent pool of apprentices for future hiring.
I'm in need of the right person to lead these 
apprentices. 

This person will be responsible for taking 
green talent and turning them into junior
level devs by teaching, mentoring, and showing
them the "Edit Way."

Job
- Produce confident and independent junior developers 
  over a 3 month period
- Ensure that interns are making meaningful contributions 
  to one or more Montage products
- Uphold the company’s development standards
- Increase intern competence by filling gaps in knowledge
- Grow each intern’s productivity
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Keep up on industry trends (ES6+, Angular 2, 
  Progressive Web Apps, etc)




What it's like
- must work in-office 80% of the time
- daytime hours mostly
- lots of talking, walking through, teaching
- must be patient
- needs excellent writing skills, prompt repsonse times
- full time is *at least* 40hrs a week

Need to know
- How to perform code reviews
- Pair programming
- Best practices
- Unit Testing
- Navigating build processes
- JavaScript, Javascript, Javascript 
- AngularJS!!!
- CSS/LESS/SASS
- HTML
- Git/GitHub/Git flow
