I don't think the list is complete. This year 212 organizations have been selected out of which 40 are new organizations.

@deshraj, yes the list has some issues. It is also listing the orgs which have changed their name. like 52°North changed to 52° North. Plone foundation changed to Plone. To catch these changes would be non-trivial, so instead I have kept them also.

I can assure you that the 40 new orgs will be definitely present here
