What would you like to do?
A little utility to read scoring matrices, like blosum62. Creates a dict of dicts for the scoring matrix, uses two implementations of the head-tail pattern.
# blosum62
# * column uses minimum score
# BLOSUM Clustered Scoring Matrix in 1/2 Bit Units
# Blocks Database = /data/blocks_5.0/blocks.dat
# Cluster Percentage: >= 62
