vatic installation

sudo pip install numpy
# in my case this solution worked
sudo apt-get install python-munkres
#add ffmpeg-3 repo for 16.04
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:jonathonf/ffmpeg-3
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ffmpeg
#create new vatic directory
cd ~/Desktop
mkdir vatic
cd vatic
#clone repo from github
git clone https://github.com/cvondrick/turkic.git
