Please try the following steps:

  1. Launch Terminal from /Applications/Utilities folder
  2. Copy and paste this command in to Terminal :
rm -f /Library/Application\ Support/Logitech.localized/Logitech\ Options.localized/Updates/PendingUpdates.xml
  1. Press Enter
  2. Reboot system
