Hello Glooko!
Working at Glooko has been a real inspiration for me. I’m excited about what’s been accomplished by the team and where we are heading in the future.
As the new Director of Marketing, I’ve had the pleasure of working within the marketing team and cross-departmentally to launch strategic initiatives that further align our mission and vision. As we head into ADA, I’m excited to share with you just a few of the bright points of our efforts to relaunch Glooko as the thought leader in the diabetes data management space.
Compelling Glooko Product Offerings
Our Comprehensive In-Clinic and Remote Diabetes Management package encompasses our primary and core product to the market. Our intent is to deliver the key programs, analytics, and data sources needed to deliver usable and practical insights for patients and care providers. For clinics, we’ve also aligned our product with their ability to utilize new reimbursement opportunities providing them with the ability to add additional revenue streams.
In addition, we’ve defined upsell opportunities providing us the ability to layer in strategic value for clinics and health systems while strengthening our core offering to the market. These additional product offerings are designed to expand our customer's ability to address the unique needs of different patient populations and to further align with their internal goals (i.e., Remote Patient Packages, EHR Integration Suite, Digital Therapeutics and Population Health Analytics).
Messaging Strategy
We have transitioned focus to align Glooko’s thought leadership narrative with the most important diabetes issues facing the C-Suite. Our messaging strategy includes but is not limited to the following:
Position Glooko as a thought leader in diabetes data and insights with a purpose
Communicate and promote Glooko as subject matter experts, with senior leadership and our value propositions to the market
Target C-Suite, clinicians, patients, and the industry
Drive sales targets to contact Glooko for consultation and into sales/marketing strategies

Glooko.com Refresh
Scheduled to launch Friday, June, 7th 2019. The scope of the refresh is focused on clearly articulating our product offerings to the market, support quick decision making and drive a call to action. The Homepage, people with diabetes section and Clinician/Health Systems pages have been redesigned for simplicity, clarity of message and call to action.
This is an intermediate step for us from which we will build out greater contextually relevant materials.
In the Fall, we will complete a global branding project with the objective being to launch a new globally branded site with both platforms (Glooko & diasend) fully represented under one global branded company-Glooko.
