  1. in getDataColumn cursor never moveToFirst()
  2. in isVirtualFile code only for SDK_INT >= android.os.Build.VERSION_CODES.N
  3. in getPathFromExternalStorage , Environment.getExternalStorageDirectory and getExternalMediaDirs deprecated
