What This PR Does

This PR brings disputes-core up to date with all dispute-relevant changes that were made to servicing-orchestration after the original migration (PR #166590, merged Feb 25 2026). Between the migration snapshot (Dec 13 2025) and now, 73 sorch commits touched dispute/CRD code that dcore didn't have.
