  • Win key is in Karabiner as "Modifier keys" > "Left Command"
  • Menu key is in Karabiner as "Keys in PC keyboards" > "Application"

This remapping works as follows:

before caps lock ctrl win alt space space space alt menu ctrl
after fn ctrl opt cmd space space space cmd opt ctrl

Note: right_gui is for the MS Sculpt Mouse extra button.
