      <p>The following terms and conditions govern all use of the GoalSmashers.com website (“Website”) and all content, services and products available at or through the webpublic. The Website is operated by Inspiration Labs, Inc. (“Inspiration Labs”). The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Inspiration Labs’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by Inspiration Labs (collectively, the “Agreement”).</p>
      <p>Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Webpublic. By accessing or using any part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Inspiration Labs, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Automated registration using “bots” or any non-human method is not allowed.</p>

      <p>You must provide a valid e-mail address and your legal full name to use the webpublic. If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your username and password, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account, including those actions taken by account holders who have accounts under your account. Each account username and password must be used by one person only. You must immediately notify Inspiration Labs of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. Inspiration Labs will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. You must not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized service in accordance with the laws of the country in which you reside. You agree not to modify, hack or adapt the Website in any way.</p>
      <p>You acknowledge that the Inspiration Labs has licensors and third-party partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, hosting to run the Webpublic. You understand that the transmission of data on the Website may involve various networks and may change to conform to the technical requirements of those networks. Inspiration Labs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.</p>

      <p>By opening an account and selecting a number of users you agree to pay Inspiration Labs the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. A credit card is not required for the trial period, but will required to continue using the Website after the trial period has ended. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis forty-five (45) days after you sign up for free trial and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. You will be billed a pro-rated monthly subscription fee on the 45th day after your trial has ended, then the full monthly subscription fee in advance on the 1st of the following month, on a monthly basis until you cancel your account. If you increase or decrease the number of users in your account, your credit card will automatically be charged your new monthly subscription fee on your next billing cycle. Fees are not refundable. Removing users from your account may result in a loss of content or features of your account. Inspiration Labs does not accept any liability for such loss. Inspiration Labs reserves the right to change the payment terms and subscription fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you.</p>
      <p>Inspiration Labs or its licensors reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Website at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Inspiration Labs or its licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for modification of the Website, payment terms or fees, or termination of the Webpublic.</p>
      <p>Unless you cancel your GoalSmashers.com account before the end of the applicable subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such account (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Your GoalSmashers.com can be canceled at any time in the “My Account” section of your site’s dashboard.</p>
      <p>All payments are due on the 1<sup>st</sup> of each month. If your payment information is not valid on the date it is due you will continue to have full access to your GoalSmashers.com account until the 10<sup>th</sup> of the same month. At the end of this ten-day period, your account content will have “read-only” access to the Webpublic. If your payment information is validated during the “read-only” access period then full functionality will be restored to your Goalsmasher.com account. Your account content is only permanently deleted when you cancel your account.</p>

      <p>You must cancel your GoalSmashers.com account by using the “Cancel account” link under the “My Account” section of the Webpublic. Any other communication requesting your account to be cancelled is not valid. Your cancellation will take effect immediately and your credit card will not be charged again. After cancelling your account content will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.</p>
      <p>Inspiration Labs or its licensors may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Termination of your account results in the deletion of the content in your account. Inspiration Labs can terminate the Website immediately as part of a general shut down of our service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.</p>

If you believe that material located on or linked to by GoalSmashers.com violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify Inspiration Labs. Inspiration Labs will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material.</p>
      <p>This Agreement does not transfer from Inspiration Labs to you any Inspiration Labs or third party intellectual property, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Inspiration Labs or Inspiration Labs’s licensors. Inspiration Labs, GoalSmashers, GoalSmashers.com, the GoalSmashers.com logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with GoalSmashers.com, or the Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of Inspiration Labs or Inspiration Labs’s licensors. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Inspiration Labs or third-party trademarks.</p>

Inspiration Labs may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.</p>

      <p>In no event will Inspiration Labs, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Inspiration Labs or its licensors under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. Inspiration Labs or its licensors shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.</p>
      <p class="terms-body">The Website is provided “as is”. Inspiration Labs and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Inspiration Labs nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Website at your own discretion and risk.</p>
      <p class="terms-body">You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the Inspiration Labs Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.</p>
      <p class="terms-body">You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inspiration Labs, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.</p>
      <p class="terms-body">This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Inspiration Labs, its licensors, and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of Inspiration Labs, or by the posting by Inspiration Labs of a revised version. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms and conditions; Inspiration Labs may assign its rights under this Agreement without condition. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.</p>

If you don't cancel, you can continue using Goal Smashers by submitting your credit card details for payment 45 days after your initial sign up. You will continue to be billed on a 30-day cycle for as long as your account remains active.</p>
      <p>Cancel anytime after the free 45-day trial period and you won't be charged again. Your account will be closed on the day you cancel and there will be NO REFUND for any unused service during the billing period.</p>
