Jared Egan has developed a mobile application ("Catch The Bus", "App") that sends data from your device in order to provide you with relevant transport information for transit agencies.

Catch The Bus does not maintain any proprietary servers or services, so Catch The Bus and its developer does not collect any information from you. To customize your experience, you are able to save and manage frequent stops that you use. This information is all store locally on your device, and will get cleared if you delete the app.
To get its data, Catch The Bus uses services provided by NextBus, Inc. & the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. This requires your device to make direct calls to their servers. Please see their privacy policies for more information.
Additionally, Catch The Bus makes use of the Google Analytics SDK & the Facebook Analytics SDK in order to anonymous track usage of the App in aggregate. This is used to track how many people use Catch The Bus each day. No identifiable information is sent to these SDKs explicitly by Catch The Bus. We reserve the right to amend or change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. In case of substantial changes to this Privacy Policy, we will alert you through our social media accounts within 30 days before such changes enter into effect.
