Template for DTR Memo

Project: 2DoBox-Piviot

Group Member Names: Jamie Rushford, Hillary Stewart

Project Expectations: Practice with refactoring, implementing JS/jQuery in a more efficient way.

Goals and expectations: More comfortable with writing/figuring out out JS/jQuery, continuing to have a more readable/simple JS codebase

Team strengths: Attention to detail, punctuality, organized

How to overcome obstacles: Flexibility and objectivity in difficult situations, whether personal or technical.

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?): Weekday afternoons, Saturday @ 10am

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?): Checking in in person during class before/after solo work. Laying out work to still be done, who is doing what, etc. Further communication via Slack/GitHub Issues

Abilities Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement): We both feel pretty strong on CSS/ design. Desire to improve/practice implementing effective JS and refactoring.

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?): Hillary - Adding new features/functionality from scratch; Jamie - Refactoring CSS, using 'variables' for colors, etc..

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests): Merging each others pull requests, feature branches, check in after solo work

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback: Feedback at check ins / after day of work. Being upfront if things aren't going as planned/desired.

Agenda to discuss project launch: Thursday afternoon, looking over repo, figuring out what needs to be done and deciding how to dive in or divide up work for the day/weekend.
