Which thinkpad should I buy?

New Kbd Old Kbd
Small X230/X230t X220/X220t
Large T430/T430s T420/T420s
Station W530 W520/W510

#40 series (T440, X240, W540, etc)

Don't buy them. They have the crappiest clickpad ever build. Renders the nipple unusable.

#30 series (T430, X230, W530, etc)

Seems ok. The new Keyboard is ok but not as good as the old one. It lacks some keys and spaces between F keys. Meterial seems to be a lower quality than the previous series.

#20 series (T420, X220, W520, etc)

The last thinkpads that are very solid. Good keyboard, good material quality.

#10 series (T410, X201, W510, etc)

They are good too but too old. The battery only last 4h. The #20 models have twice the battery life.
