Instructions on how to use FTPD on your 3DS

What you'll need:

  • The latest release of FTPD (the .cia file)

Instructions

  1. Install the FTPD .cia using FBI
  2. Launch FTPD from your home menu

You should now see a screen similar to this:

Note down the IP address that's shown at the top:

  1. Open a new Windows Explorer window

  1. In the top bar, type ftp:// and then your IP address.

In my case, I had to type ftp://192.168.0.18:5000

  1. Hit enter, and you should hopefully see your SD card contents show up!
