Is this smart enough to remove files that have been deleted from the EPUB? (Looks like not, from my reading of the source, but my bash-foo is a bit rusty.)

[And if you do add that feature, make sure it’s intelligent enough to not remove the .git directory.]

How should one use it? Use this on an unzipped directory (which is under revision control), so that it creates an epub on the fly? Or as a github filter?
