Module 4 Goals

Bare Minimun: I would like to have atleast two-three interviews set up or have already gone through them by the end of the mod. Utimate goal: I would like to have one job offer in the pipe-ine by the time I am through mod 4.

Strategy To Achieve Goals:

By Tuesday afternoon of each week I want to have at least 3 cold contact/follow up emails sent. By Thursday afternoon I want to have atleast 5 new companies/cold out reach opportunites found and in the pipeline to contact. Every week I want to fill out and submit atleast one application.

Coding (both including your module 4 curriculum and anything outside of it):

Learn as much JS and React as I can in mod 4. Take every opportunity to work in the previously mentioned stacks to expand my knowledge. Continue to teach myself swift on the side.

Opportunities Research:

Continue to look at Job Postings on LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, WhoIsHiring, Indeed and any other job posting websites I come across. Talk to my Brother and Friends in the Tech community to see if they know of anyone who is hiring and try to leverage those relationships to get my foot in the door.

Cold Outreach/Network:

Join the Denver-Alumni and Seattle-Alumni Slack channels and try and build networking contacts to assist in my job search

Personal Branding (A personal branding section is optional):

Work more on my personal site and polish my previous projects.

Timeline:

Have my personal site where I want it by week 3 of the mod.

Module Tasks:

Attend atleast 3 meet ups.

Weekly Tasks:

Cold Outreach/follow ups. Apply for jobs.
