Black Thursday Questionnaire Jason Conrad
What was an opportunity for improvement in your group?
For me personally I would say a more fine eye for detail, Sometimes my test names wouldn't fully represent what it was that I
was trying to test. Over all I feel like Schutte and I worked pretty well together, there was a nice balance of workload between
the two of us, splitting up and working on things separately the coming back and bringing it all together.
What was your role in this project?
Over all we really were good at splitting the workload so if one person was working on seting up for the next iteration the other
person was going back with a fine tooth comb looking at refactoring and making sure things lined up. My favorite thing that I was
apart of was I did the looking into and implementing that data visualization for our extension.
What was your parnters role?
As Schutte had a better understanding on TDD and breaking things down i follwed his lead and learned quite alot. Again we were
really good about divying up the workload so someone was always working on something and there was a fresh set of eyes if we ran into
any issues.
How could you have improved the dynamic?
The biggest things that I would say come down to just the technical aspect. We could've used screenhero more when we are at home
and we had one or two occasions where a branch would get behind because we were working on separate things so we would have to go in
with a fine tooth comb and make sure the merged branches had everything they need.
