My practice interview was with Casey. We sat down for an hour and ran through both a technical interview and a coding challenge. One of my biggest take aways was to really practice being more concise in my answers, not only to sound more confident in my responses, but to not take up as much of my interview time with answers that could be shorter and more concise. I felt like I exceled at not trying to fake answers if I didn't know them. I plan on continuing to practice being concise in my my answers and also talking through what I am thinking during a code challenge. I think the thing that surprised me the most is how quickly a lot of things I have learned over the past few months I had to really sit and try and remember. It really shows how much stuff we are learning here.
