Feedback III Reflection

  • What are you doing well as a pair programmer and collaborator?

    • I got better at driving and navigating. I always try to keep a balance between them.

  • How do you use your strengths as a team member?

    • Learner: learn new technologies and laguages that can help with the projects,
    • Futuristic: Always set a goal to make all the extensions and outline the process,
    • Ideation: try to come up with ways of making things better,
    • Significance: pushing myslef to better my skills

  • How would you like to continue to develop your strengths?

    • I want to keep learning new material, do a lighting talk, and do a spike.

  • What would you like to improve on as a teammate?

    • I would like to immprove on my communication skills. I want to be able to explain better my thought process.

  • How would you like your teammates to see you?

    • I would like my teammates to see me more confident, communicative, observant, and less introvert.
