Feedback II Reflection

  • Date of feedback conversation: 05/10/2017

  • How did you prepare for the conversation?

    • I prepared by choosing first the type of feedback I was going to give. Then review the active listening tips.

  • How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult?

    • The conversation went pretty well. I was able to discuss opportunities of improvement, and also share compliments. We also share feedback on giving feedback.

  • What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation?

    • I try to maintain a good body langauge to avoid any miscommunication (intent)
    • Active listening: Being fully present and paying attention
