@McChen147 Whether or not an OTA was sent out seems irrelevant to me... A factory image appeared on the official download site. That, to me, means an OTA should be created and offered upgrading users to the latest. That said, maybe Google doesn't care about people that flash their devices using the factory images that they provide...
