Implemented voting system with real time [results and archiving] RECASUW in web based application. Provided user orientation and education with voting cards.
Center for Child and Family Well Being: Early Childhood Cognition
Lab Assistant - June 2012 to August 2013. Laboratory setting - tested cognition and linguistic development, social and personality development, in infants to toddlers (6 mos. - 18 mos.). Was presenting actor who provided participants with experiment materials and prompts. Each session produced video and raw data materials which were then coded into a larger database for metrics like latency and completion. Typical data set would included 200+ participants with anywhere from 20-100 relevant metrics per participant.

Assistant Teacher - September 2012 to September 2013. Montessori fundamentals teaching position. Students aged from 3 mos. to 5 years.
Private Nanny
Nanny - September 2013 to Present. Daily care for 3 children under the age of 3. I've had more challenging moments in this professional position than any other. It is a daily exercise in patience, creativity and conflict resolution. There has never been anything more rewarding than all of us overcoming a challenge together.
