Reasons I, personally, am joining this movement:
Guantanamo (though undoubtedly many dangerous people are there, it is a clear violation of human rights to hold people without trial, and not all held are guilty)
Extraordinary Rendition (the habit of sending people to politically allied states for the purpose of torture, since we "don't do that" here)
No-fly lists (not subject to review, based on low evidence, with many false-positive examples)
Drone signature strikes (low-intel heuristic targetting which kills unintended, including 2 US citizens so far)
Unitary executive (Bush claiming, and Obama continuing, the idea that under war powers, the executive is not subject to review.)
Incumbency rate / campaign finance / corruption (despite popular support for many things, we fail to act)
Tech illiteracy (congress is unaware of technical scope of anything, and in closed hearings can not appeal to subject experts)
Stop + Frisk / selective prosecution / biased justice system
