## Describe a situation in which your ability to empathize with a colleague or teammate was helpful.
I was working with someone on creating a song and they got really emmotionally tied to onse set of lyrics. But, it messed with the timing and flow of the next part of the song. I was able to use empathy to work out a result where we had the section they liked come in on the bride of the song. That way it had an even more emotional impact on the listener.
## When do you find it most difficult to be empathetic in professional settings? How can you improve your skills when faced with these scenarios?
I feel that in a professional setting it is never difficult to be empathetic. Especially if open conversation is involved. But we can always improve upon our selves. I think that sometimes I get really excited about somnething, I can be more empathetic about my energy level and that other people's energy level doesnt have a connection with how excited they are about the situation.
